Refund policy

We want you to shop confidently at NYTHAA. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a simple process with clear guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be submitted via the NYTHAA Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information).
  • Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Refund Conditions

  • Returns not meeting the criteria will be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be refused.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days either: Back to your original payment method, or NYTHAA Store Gift Card for future purchases (customer’s choice).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Face Masks
  • Beauty Products
  • Jewelry
  • Streetwear Products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order through our website.


How to Submit a Return

  1. Visit the NYTHAA Returns Portal on our website.
  2. Enter your order details and reason for return.
  3. Wait for approval before shipping the items back.
  4. Once approved and received, you’ll be notified by email when your refund is processed.
