Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging intact. 
- 
Return requests must be submitted via the NYTHAA Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information). 
- 
Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. 
Refund Conditions
- Returns not meeting the criteria will be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be refused.
- 
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. 
- 
After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days either: - 
Back to your original payment method, or 
- 
As a NYTHAA Store Gift Card for future purchases (customer’s choice).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order through our website.
How to Submit a Return

Visit the NYTHAA Returns Portal on our website. 
- 
Enter your order details and reason for return. 
- 
Wait for approval before shipping the items back. 
- 
Once approved and received, you’ll be notified by email when your refund is processed.
