5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • A 30% restocking fee may apply for returns not meeting our conditions.

  • Certain items, including swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, face masks, beauty products, and jewelry, are non-returnable.

6. Exchanges

  • NYTHAA does not currently offer direct exchanges.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credits

  • Refunds may be issued as NYTHAA Store Gift Cards upon customer request.

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
